About the Author

I work within the Digital Innovation Group (DIG) at Engauge, a total engagement agency. As a member of DIG, I create and moderate a variety of social media channels and conduct research for leading brands as well as research, test and experiment with innovative and emerging technology.

I graduated from Union College in June 2010 with a bachelor’s degree in Social Behavior, a self-designed major created with the purpose of learning how and why people think and react to the world around them.
